Meet the Staff

Kiersten

Hygiene & Marketing Coordinator

Kiersten joined our staff in March 2006. She is a true dental professional assisting dentists in all areas of the business office since she started her dental career in Southern California in 1988. She brings both her experience and expertise to our office in areas such as managed care, practice management, staff training and development, and marketing. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and family while enjoying activities such as boating, off-roading, bike riding, hiking, and traveling. She is also an avid NASCAR fan and enjoys attending races whenever possible.

Troy

Business Administrator

Troy was born and raised in Hawaii where she started her career in the dental field in 1991 in the business, administrative, and patient services areas of dentistry. She has been with our practice since 2001. When you first contact our office you will be greeted by Troy. She excels in patient relations and brings her professional and friendly manner to our practice and patients every day. She enjoys reviewing cosmetic treatment plans with patients and takes pleasure in seeing the final results of their beautiful new smiles.

Kelly

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kelly has been working in the dental profession since 1980, holding a variety of positions in the dental office. In 2002 she graduated from Southwestern College as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Since graduation Kelly has been practicing clinical and public health dental hygiene in San Diego. She recently relocated to Las Vegas with her husband and they are enjoying exploring the valley. Kelly joined our staff in June 2007.

Julie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Born in England, Julie moved to Las Vegas in 1981. She graduated from the Community College of Southern Nevada in 1993 and has been practicing dental hygiene in the valley ever since. She loves meeting new people and finds her job very satisfying and rewarding. Outside of work, Julie’s interests include hiking with her husband and two dogs, riding her horse, and her latest hobby Glass Fusing. She joined our practice in July 2007 and we are delighted to have her.

Misti

Dental Assistant

Misti joined our practice in April 2008. She is originally from Waco, Texas where she received her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant. When she was five years old she had an excellent hygienist who made her interested in he mouth and teeth and thus began her passion for dentistry. She has been assisting dentists since 1995, recently completing the Cerec Green Arrow Advanced Training Course in St. Martin West Indies in 2007. She spends her spare time with her husband and two dogs, hanging out with friends, and watching the Spurs and Dallas Cowboys.

Sy

Henry Schein Field Sales Consultant

Sy helped us integrate digital x-ray technology into our practice in April of 2006, as well as other equipment technologies to help us better serve our patients. He joined our team fulltime in 2007 and continues to help us stay on the leading edge of patient care through new technologies, equipment, and other evolving dental products. Sy has a diverse business background that allows him to excel in his role as a comprehensive business advisor/partner. He is also committed to remaining current on the business of dentistry and the clinical aspects, through many hours of continuing education. Sy enjoys working hard and playing hard. He spends his spare time with his wife and family boating, off-roading, and traveling.
